Barbier Security Group is hiring an Unarmed Security Officers for Health Clinics in Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Unarmed Security Officers are primarily responsible for perimeter and access control. Our Unarmed Security Officers will ensure guests, employees and patients feel secure and welcomed every day. For all our Unarmed Security Officer positions, we are seeking candidates with exceptional presentation and customer service skills.

- Part Time Swing shift available in Rohnert Park: Monday (4pm-8pm), Tuesday (3:30pm-8pm), Wednesday (3:30pm-8:30pm), Thursday (3:30pm-8pm), Friday (3pm - 7pm)
- Part Time Swing shift available in Petaluma: Monday (3:30pm-9pm), Tuesday (3pm-9pm), Wednesday (3:30pm-9:00pm), Thursday (3:30pm-9pm)
- Salary: $24.00 per hour

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Professional appearance; well groomed with no visible tattoos or piercings
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Customer Service experience
Requirements:
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Current California Guard Card
- Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift on various surfaces (concrete, carpet, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Basic computer and smart phone proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Security Guard Duties May Include:
- Perimeter / Access control
- Maintain a detailed on-duty activity log
- Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times
- Adhere to company standards while interacting with the public, clients, and emergency responders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small group to resolve urgent issues
- Process oriented with high attention to detail, and triage a problem quickly providing precise/clear information while working under minimum supervision.
- Check vehicles and individuals on premises after hours
- Search properties for trespassers or suspicious activities
- Investigate any potential safety issues or vandalism
- Maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement agencies
- Deter or prevent any criminal activity or unacceptable conduct
- Address any additional client concerns
- Maintain vigilance while protecting client's assets
