Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Tracy, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include lead generation, effective communication with clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Ability to be a top tier sales hunter.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the cabinetry or home furnishings industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
