- Experience: You have a minimum of 6 months working in similar environment. Our ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Create food such as made-to-order pizzas, pita bread, and other items.
- Determine amount and type of food and supplies required to meet customer demand.
- Fulfill customer made-to-order meals in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare meals for the grab-and-go section, as well as the made-to-order department.
- Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes.
- Complete all necessary check-lists, production, and shrink logs as directed.

Capability Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must possess exceptional customer service, listening, speaking, and social skills.
- Knowledge of basic math skills is preferred.

- The ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Must possess a valid Food Handlers card.

- The ability to lift 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in pizza preparation and baking
- Experience working with various pizza oven types (e.g., deck, conveyor, wood-fired)
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food service environment
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in preparing pizza dough from scratch, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and kneading
- Ability to hand-stretch pizza dough to desired size and thickness
- Skill in applying various toppings evenly and efficiently
- Knowledge of proper baking techniques for different pizza styles and crusts
- Ability to monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
