As a Barcadia Manager, you will have day-to-day interaction with our Employees & our Guests. Sharing your “people pleasing personality” with our Employees & our Guests is what Barcadia is all about. You may be responsible for other duties assigned by your General Manager.
• Delight our Guests by providing a pleasurable dining experience
• Supervise operation of venue to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability & conform to alcoholic beverage regulations
• Follow sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Practice cost-cutting measures
• Pitch in and work as part of a team
• Practice key manager skills and responsibilities
• Report to work
• Perform opening procedures
• Perform ongoing duties
• Perform operating procedures
• Direct hiring, training & scheduling of direct department
• Handle guest relations issue.
• Investigate & resolves complaints relating to service, food or overall experience.
1. 2 years experience in both FOH BOH high volume management situations
2. Possess sales knowledge of corporate catering events & the execution of such (table set-ups, contracts, service management)
3. Understanding of inventory (food and liquor), labor cost, food cost, liquor / beer cost and ordering of supplies
