Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator assists the Sr. Director of Marketing with various administrative tasks related to the marketing and promotion of products and services. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Director with the invoicing process for various marketing initiatives
- Budget control and tracking
- Coordinate and fulfill sample requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support development and execute marketing plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in marketing efforts.
- PO Creation and invoice management for MKT team

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or a related role.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
