What Will I Be Doing
- Lead & develop a team of National Account Managers
- Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets
- Lead Barcel USA’s strategy (1-3yr vision) in Convenience
- Grow Barcel USA’s In-Line presence, including new & existing product growth
- Performance Management of Customers & People
- Lead internal / external communication processes for team
- Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & guardrail requirements
- Collaborate to influence & lead product segmenting with Marketing team
- Strong collaboration with DSD leadership teams & Distributors
- P&L responsibility for channel
- Foster relationships with key retail merchants across multiple departments as needed.
- Identify expanding business development opportunities
- Executes growth objectives as set by the Company with attention given to budgets, profitability, promotional spend rates, and profit goals.
- Compliance with Barcel USA policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications
What Is Expected of Me
- Knowledge of Convenience in a CPG environment (7-10 years)
- Career trajectory of delivering results above industry average, and increasing responsibility
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong financial background
- MBA, Warehouse and DSD experience preferred
- Experience managing people (3-5 years)
- Power User Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
- Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into compelling stories
- Strong collaborator, team-oriented
- Ability to build working relationships at C-suite levels of customers
