Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to meet hotel standards.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies, including toiletries and linens.
- Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including laundry and storage rooms.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed during peak periods or special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
