Position objective :
The Billing Specialist will provide administrative support to the accounts receivable team. He / she will gather data, calculate charges and fees, and create invoices for billing purposes under the supervision of the AR manager. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-starting individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
Supervision : Moderate must be able to follow directions and work independently
Languages : English fluency required
Training / Education required : High school diploma or equivalent; with some college or degree preferred
Experience required : 1 years' experience in administrative / office / finance
Work Environment : This role requires the physical demands of prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Wage : $23 / hr
Salary : $21 - $23
