Position objective:
The Fleet Rental Specialist is responsible for providing quality and efficient service/support to our customers. As the Fleet Rental Agent, you will establish and strengthen positive and productive relationships while providing best-practice customer service to both internal and external customers. The right candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, an effective communicator, and a self-starter.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize Barco's approved sales and service techniques for pre-qualifying potential customers
- Clearly communicate to customers Barco's service offering, and rental options
- Review rental options and details with prospects and customers to assure a clear understanding of Barco's rental agreements
- Clearly explain the costs per rental and the customers overall responsibilities for the acceptance and return of rental trucks
- Complete customer on-boarding packet for internal management approval
- Obtain all adequate information to prepare rental agreements
- Answer phones/emails to assist customers in a positive friendly manner
- Assist customers as needed with inquiries or service issues
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts through strong verbal/written communication
- Assist with any other duties assigned

- Solid computer experience including Microsoft office platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Languages: English fluency required
Training/Education required: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience required: Minimum 1 years customer service experience; Auto, truck, or equipment rental experience a plus.
Wage Range: - $23.00 - $26.00/hr DOE
Must be willing to complete Background Check and MVR
