Position objective :
The Organic Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for creating compelling content for driving organic growth across non-paid channels. You'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's reach and engagement by crafting content that resonates with audiences and optimizing it for maximum visibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to leverage company websites, social media platforms, and email lists for organic audience engagement and growth.
Write and produce high- quality, engaging blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other content formats to attract and inform potential customers.
Apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of content across search engines, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience's interests, needs, and crafting content that provides value while building trust.
Actively manage and grow social media accounts by interacting with followers, fostering community engagement, and promoting organic content.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in organic marketing, content creation, and SEO optimization.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to craft content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track engagement and performance.
Solid understanding of SEO techniques and how they impact organic search visibility.
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
