House Painter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry ( 5 years experience)
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, color theory, and materials
- Proficient in using painting tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights if required
- Knowledge of carpentry and concrete finishing is a plus
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately

-Valid and current CO drivers license with a good driving record

-Valid Auto Insurance

-Pass a back ground check

-Be a decent human being

Skills:

-Provide excellent customer service skills

- Brush & roll walls, trim doors

-Work on 2-3 story exteriors

-Spray

-Tape and caulk for sharp lines ( our only method used for making lines. No free hand allowed)

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
