You will work with various stakeholders in the company. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities
- General Front desk responsibilities:
- Front desk (greeting, answering/directing incoming calls, assisting visitors,)
- Evaluating and addressing general inquiries from calls and visitors
- Ensuring associates and visitors are properly screened to comply with all security/regulatory compliance
- Security Processing employee badges and card access (generating, printing, uploading)
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, receiving packages
- Administrative Business support:
- Facilities e.g. maintenance work orders
- Finance support e.g. Expense note review and approvals
- Procurement support e.g. creating purchase orders and requisitions
- Warehouse support e.g. assigning memo bill numbers for shipments.
- Management and ordering of office supplies and business cards
- Assist with Marketing shipments
- Assist with HR requests (mailing anniversary cards, catering for events Ordering food, and setup)
- Other duties can be assigned on ad hoc basis
