As a Product Manager Services (PM) you are the end-to-end owner, expert and integrator of your Services package throughout the full solution lifecycle and customer journey. You define Services innovations aligned with segment value propositions and based on a deep understanding of the customer needs. You align with other stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

You align with other stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Define winning Services requirements, based on product/technical insights, market trends and customer personas and problems
- Conduct market, customer and internal research to gather customer & product insights, supported by on-going visits to current & future customers
- Gather competitive intelligence and perform competitive analysis, analyse and report on product/technology trends, and track competitive initiatives
- Define, document and communicate the roadmap and Services strategy
- Develop the business case & define business models
- Create pricing models/architecture and get input from Segment Marketing for final pricing decisions
- Build a relationship and network with the industry bodies, consortia, technology communities, … relevant for Control Room Services
- Minimum of 5 years in product management and product lifecycle management
- A strong technical skill set in or know-how of a similar industry or technology
- Master’s degree required
- MBA is a plus
- Broad sense of ownership and action orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset: enthusiastic, committed and business savvy to navigate the potential technical or organizational roadblocks
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- 20% travel
