Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Powder Coater / Painter to join our finishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of powder coating and painting tasks including hanging, washing, painting/powdering parts. In this role, you will be required to, but not limited to:
- Hand spraying parts with liquid or powder coating processes
- Mixing liquid paint or powder
- Cleaning and prepping parts prior to painting
- Working in Powder, Paint, Blasting Booths for extended periods of time
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment and working indoors and outdoors
- Maintain safe workplace and ensures that safety is the highest priority in the workplace
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience as a Powder Coater / Painter
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and working indoors and outdoors.
- Must be able to work well with other employees, as well as communicate effectively.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
