What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brazer (2nd shift) position at Bard Manufacturing?
Bard Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial Heating and Air Conditioning systems has an immediate opening for a Brazer in our Madison, Ga. Plant. This is a 2nd SHIFT - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM which includes working overtime during busy season, Fridays and Saturdays 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM if needed.
Summary:
Uses hand tools and small power tools and/or brazing equipment to assemble metal, electrical or mechanical HVAC products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brazes assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
- Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
