Responsibilites:
As a Billing Clerk, you must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential due to the great amount of financial information you'll handle. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required. Experience in Microsoft Office including excel, word, and email.
The goal is to contribute to the accurate preparation of accounts receivable/invoices.

As a key part of our team, duties include:
- Answering phones, responding to client requests or transferring to the necessary department or individual.
- Maintain current records including billing addresses, contacting clients as needed
- Process and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections. Collect all information needed to calculate and generate invoices (order amounts, shipping rates, etc.).
- Follow up on delinquent payments and resubmit billing as needed
- Accounts Receivable experience with working knowledge of accounting software.
- Experience with customer ledgers
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of final bill.
- Cross train with other accounting departments and front desk.
- Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Pleasant communication skills with customers, as well as office staff.
- Team mindset and attitude.
