This position supports our bread and pastry programs across multiple concepts, including the award-winning Bardea Food & Drink and Bardea Steak.
Ideal candidates are:
- Experienced in artisan bread, laminated doughs, and plated desserts
- Passionate about quality, seasonality, and technique
- Organized, efficient, and early to rise
- Collaborative and eager to grow in a high-level culinary environment
- Mixing, shaping, and baking breads and pastries
- Monitoring fermentation and proofing processes
- Preparing mise en place for daily service and production
- Supporting pastry plating for lunch and dinner service (as needed)
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- 1-3 years of baking or pastry experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with early morning availability
- Culinary or pastry degree a plus, but not required
