A Bardi Dispatcher…
- Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
- Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
- Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
- Correctly close out every job – assuring technicians assign all tasks, materials, costs, etc.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
- Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
- Ensure that follow-up calls are identified and scheduled in a timely manner
- Update and continually be on the look-out for Service Titan customer data inconsistencies and records needs/discrepancies
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Previous experience in Home Services Dispatching: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Pest Control etc
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
- Be knowledgeable about Bardi products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
- Must be able to clear a drug test and background check
