Bardley McKnight Law LLC is a boutique family law firm that serves most counties in the metro Atlanta area. We are a cohesive group of respected legal professionals with a reputation for caring for clients, performing at a high level, and delivering exceptional results.
And we’re growing! We will be adding a dynamic paralegal to our awesome team . This person will manage approximately 50 – 70 cases including document preparation and review; discovery requests, responses, and reconciliation; trial preparation and client interaction. This person must be able to work independently and anticipate case issues. Team members work remotely from home.
Compensation :
55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :

- Have family law experience
- Manage cases from start to finish
- Draft pleadings and file documents electronically
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Drafting subpoenas
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Assist clients during one of the most difficult times of their lives
