The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the resort’s front office team, assisting in managing guest arrival and departure experiences and helping ensure each guest enjoys an unforgettable stay. This individual will work closely with the Director of Front Office to uphold Bardo’s elevated service standards and help create an atmosphere of anticipatory and thoughtful hospitality. - Foster a positive and engaging work culture
- Collaborate and communicate with other hotel teams
- Assist with managing team members and scheduling
- Monitor occupancy trends and support revenue optimization efforts
- Respond effectively to guest requests, complaints, or concerns
- Maintain a clear understanding of safety and emergency procedures
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering elevated service in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to engage both guests and team members positively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Prior experience in luxury hotel guest services
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable with reporting and supporting operational decisions in a timely manner
