Responsibilities
- Extend guests a warm and gracious welcome and escort them to their table
- Be attentive to guest’s needs and assist in providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean and well-organized front of the house environment
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus and current specials
- Manage private guest reservation system and special dining requests for club members and hotel guests
- Hard-working team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about hospitality, dependable and detail-oriented
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and communications skills
- Proficient with computer applications
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
