Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to educate staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Analyze quality control data and provide reports on product quality and compliance metrics.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or quality breaches and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in audits and inspections, both internally and externally, to maintain ISO certifications.
- Lead root cause analysis on quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
