To be successful as a BARE Receptionist, you must have a pleasant, outgoing personality and be customer-driven. Your organizational skills will be vital when re-booking clients, greeting arriving clients, answering incoming calls, and taking important notes on client accounts to customize their experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the business
- Check clients in and out using our POS software
- Direct visitors and clients to the waiting area
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Enforce booking policies
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and patience.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide detailed and accurate information in person and on the phone regarding the services and products we offer
- Receive package deliveries and stock shelves
- Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and answer voicemails
- Make accurate follow-up calls to clients
- Oversee the maintenance of client records and confidentiality.
- Clean the office at the end of each day (deep clean once a week)
- Cash handling
- Handle sensitive client information (e.g., client person information)
- Consistently meet daily sales goals given by management
- Create content for Social Media as directed by management
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
Requirements and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales/receptionist position.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a salon, spa, or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone system)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
