Job Summary

Bare Metal Standard is seeking Service Technicians to join our West Valley City UT location. We are looking for motivated individuals with a great work ethic that want an opportunity to grow quickly within our company. Bare Metal Standard is a leader in the Kitchen Exhaust cleaning industry, innovating and providing exceptional services required to keep commercial kitchens operating safely and effectively. Our technician teams work overnight shifts, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking or needed day-time availability. The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, eager to learn and grow and possesses a strong work ethic.

This is a great career opportunity for someone starting out with little to no experience, as we have a state-of-the-art internal training program all our technicians partake in as part of their basic and ongoing training. Opportunity to make $40,000-$47,000 in your first year.

Essential Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Complete scheduled site visits with team to commercial kitchens to perform nightly services with team members
• Manage pressure washing system to complete effective servicing of commercial kitchens
• Become KES certified with Utah Fire Marshal’s office
• Internal career development and leadership opportunities

Basic Requirements

• Lift 75lbs, climb ladder and follow Company safety expectations consistently
• Valid Drivers’ license
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Pass criminal background check for licensing and customer security requirements

Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
