Summary:
The Customer Experience Associate will play a vital role within the organization, delivering outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with product needs in a timely and professional manner. A strong customer advocacy mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate order processing, monitor customer interactions, and maintain profiles using CRM tools
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and SMS, and deliver support in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Provide support with order status requests, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide customers toward informed decisions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and elevate the overall customer experience
- Proactively offer suggestions and feedback to management to improve the overall customer experience
- Be an active member of a growing brand and dedicated to its success
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in customer service/experience is required, preferably in a related industry. Previous experience in e-commerce is highly preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus
- Experience with Shopify preferred
