What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Concierge position at Barefoot Billy's Concierge Services?
Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends, and all holidays. The schedule is constantly changing and we are open 365 days per year with no exception. If you have a second or third job as is typical in Key West, that is fine but this position will have to be the primary schedule for you. Do Not Apply otherwise.
We have a concierge position available at two busy resorts in Key West. Our sales team focuses on water sports and dining options both on-property and across the island, so local knowledge is very important in this position.
Previous concierge experience preferred. Sales experience is a must.
Weekends and Nights are required. Shifts are 6 hours. 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm
We are looking to fill 4 to 6 shifts per week.
This is a commission-only job.
There is no hourly, base pay, or draw.
Must have:
- A clean & up-kept appearance
- An outgoing personality
- Computer skills required
- The ability to correspond with guests via email in a professional manner
- A Sales-Focused Mindset
- The ability to identify guest needs and react accordingly
