What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beachfront Retail Team Member position at Barefoot Billy's Watersports?
We are a busy water sports company operating in Key West - 365 days a year! Come work with us on a private resort beach! We're looking for a pleasant, outgoing sales associate for our small beach shop. Applicants should have retail experience and be able to provide quality customer service for both resort guests and the public stopping by for rentals & tours.
Job duties include stocking, receiving product shipments, maintaining a clean & tidy store appearance, greeting and signing guests in for trips, and service with a smile.
Multi-tasking is key - associates must be able to run the shop and assist guests with locker rentals with tact & charm.
We are currently looking to fill 4-5 shifts per week.
Flexible hours & weekend availability are required
