Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food and beverage preparation, service, customer service, staff management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure that all food and beverage is prepared and served in accordance with the restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement new menu items
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure that the restaurant is meeting its goals
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
