Duties
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department, such as maintaining databases, organizing files, printing and updating flyers, and processing invoices
- Work closely with camp leadership to understand program goals and ensure marketing efforts align with the camp’s mission of fostering Christian values in a fun, supportive environment
- Attend team meetings and gather information about which operations are performing well with prospective clients and which need more marketing support
- Assist in developing, writing, and editing marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s branding guidelines and messaging
- Monitor social media marketing as well as SEO and PPC results
- Create outbound marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Optimize website content for SEO using best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and other performance marketing tools.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity or experience in the following tools: Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Meta, YouTube, MailChimp, Canva, Wix
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
