By the Sea Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fun and lively outlets located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly position within the hospitality and restaurant industry. As the Restaurant Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Outlets, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Supervise and manage a team of outlet staff, including training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support and feedback
- Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all
- Collaborate with the General Managers to create and implement beverage menus and promotions, as well as monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Adhere to all alcohol and food safety regulations, ensuring the outlets in compliance with company and state policies
- Assist with special events and other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the Outlets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu creation, and cost control
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
