What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leader in Training position at Bargain Hunt?
Leaders in Training are experienced retail leaders who are part of our talented management pipeline and are qualified to lead store operations in partnership with the Store Leader.

Responsibilities
Assist with overall store operation, sales performance, and management of store personnel.
Involved in interviewing and training.
Continually evaluates and reacts to performance issues and actively recruits leadership candidates.
Ensures that the appearance of the store is maintained to company standards including merchandise presentation, signage, stock levels and recovery.
Fosters, grows and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment.
Serves as primary Manager on Duty, as needed, including opening and closing the store.
Job Specifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail management experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful situation
