Barger & Associates is an Agency that represents multiple Plumbing Manufacturers. We are seeking a highly responsible, self motivated, team player. The Office Administrator must have the below qualifications and will be responsible for (but not limited to) the duties listed below. This position will concentrate on Customer Inquiries and Sales Support along with office administrative responsibilities.
Duties:
* Order entry and management.
* Provide a high level of customer service covering multiple Plumbing lines.
* Supply troubleshooting instructions for specific product and situations over the phone.
* Support Outside Sales Force.
* Estimating and job quoting.
*Managing Inventory and Billing.
Qualifications:
* Upwards of 50 WPM typing speed.
* The ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task is imperative.
* Strong communication skills, which will be utilized through phone and email communications.
* Comfortable in a small, fast paced, team environment and willing to work as a collaborative unit.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and persevere until customer satisfaction is reached.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge on Oracle and/or Citrix order system is a plus.
Compensation:
* Salary to be discussed at interview, experience and/or skill set are considerations.
*This position is Full Time - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. The Office is closed from 12-1 for an hour lunch.
