Job Title: Chemical Service Technician

The Chemical Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service to our customers with various types of commercial appliances that require service. This can include serving customers at restaurants with dish machines, hotels, schools, and other customers who lease and/or may need equipment serviced with Bargreen Ellingson.
Wage:
$20.00 DOE with quarterly bonus potential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provided company van, gas card, and credit card
Manage their given territory with exceptional service to customer accounts.
Install and maintain chemical dispensers at restaurants, laundry, grocery, and health care facilities.
Install and maintain dish machines from under counter to conveyor units at restaurant, grocery, and health care facilities.
Conduct routine and thorough preventative maintenance visits at customer accounts to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Respond to and resolve emergency service calls during business hours and after hours/weekends when on call. Rotating on-call schedule is required.
Create and maintain positive relationships with key individuals (customers, territory sales reps, suppliers, and co-workers).
Work with management to provide any necessary training for employees.
Must be safety/security conscious, adhere to the guidelines in the Safety Manual, and report any accidents or incidents immediately.
Be knowledgeable about and follow company policy and procedures.
Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid state driver license with clean driving record.
Pass a background check.

High school diploma or equivalent
Work schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours with mandatory overtime and on-call status.
Regular attendance is necessary.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
This position requires a minimum of 2-years ware wash, laundry, or similar experience.
Familiarity with smart phones, tablets and email.
Ability to drive a company work truck or vehicle.
Able to follow safety standards that vary from site to site
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
Overall mechanical aptitude
Must complete DOT physical a minimum of every two years
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Constant use of hand truck to lift, move and place items.
Must be able to safely tolerate heat or other inclement weather.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. Apply sound reasoning and logic performing daily tasks.
