We are seeking a qualified Training Coordinator who will be responsible for designing and maintaining training modules, strengthening a culture aligned with our On Board Values, building consistency and influencing positive learning outcomes across the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Identify training needs to align processes across departments and branches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design content to be delivered as e-learning courses with the help of our Video Engineer.
- Monitor needs of the training program and deadlines as related to program deliverables.
- Detect and analyze gaps between learning and performance.
- Devise modes of assessment to track effectiveness of courses.
- Track, view and analyze training data and report to training committee and General Managers.
- Communicate regularly and effectively within and across departments and branches.
- Support the onboarding and training process of new hires.
