About this Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the architect of our operational systems during a period of explosive growth ( 500% YoY growth). This role is highly autonomous and cross-functional, including:
Recruiting: Lead our 50% YoY headcount growth. Develop our recruitment strategy and own full-cycle recruiting for operations, engineering, and business roles.
Financial Operations: Design and implement sophisticated payment operations to optimize cash flow across multiple vendors/locations, and manage complex medical billing reconciliation.
SaaS Vendor Management: Own our entire SaaS ecosystem ($300K annual spend) supporting clinical, sales, and engineering teams.
Strategic Systems: Proactively identify and implement tools/systems that support our rapid scaling e.g. creating and enforcing expense management policies for our traveling medical staff.
People Operations: Support the leadership team on internal comms, performance management, company all-hands, and offsites.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Partner with legal counsel to maintain contract integrity. Develop systems to manage our agreements with facilities/providers/device manufacturers, and corporate/fundraising documentation.
