About This Role
We are seeking a trustworthy, dependable, and action-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to strengthen Bariendo's financial foundation. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own critical financial processes and build scalable administrative systems. This high-trust position requires sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and strong process management skills to handle sensitive company information and navigate the complexities of healthcare operations. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of experience in similar high-growth startup roles.
- Financial Operations: Own day-to-day financial processes including revenue operations, accounts payable management, payroll processing, inventory management, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records.
- Administrative Management: Build and maintain effective systems for documentation, compliance tracking, and regulatory adherence to scale our operation in a healthcare environment.
- Financial Planning: Develop financial projections, create investor/board materials, conduct analyses to support strategic decision-making, and monitor treasury and liquidity positions to ensure adequate cash flow.
- Internal Operations: Create and manage comprehensive onboarding processes for staff and medical professionals. Coordinate company-wide communications, patient-facing logistics, and team events.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in finance and operations roles, preferably in high-growth environments
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to building and maintaining administrative systems
- Strong judgment when handling sensitive financial information and navigating complex operational decisions
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and anticipates problems before they arise
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - no task is too small or too complex
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
