About this Role:
As our Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will support patients through our endoscopic weight loss program via telehealth in a hybrid environment—working three days per week onsite in our San Francisco office (Tues–Thurs) and two days remotely (Fri–Sat). Saturdays will be a half day, and you’ll enjoy an additional 2.5 days off every week (while still maintaining a total 40-hour work week). While you will not participate in the procedures themselves, you’ll play a critical role in guiding patients before and after their treatment through our telehealth platform.

About this Role:
As our Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will support patients through our endoscopic weight loss program via telehealth in a hybrid environment—working three days per week onsite in our San Francisco office (Tues–Thurs) and two days remotely (Fri–Sat). While you will not participate in the procedures themselves, you’ll play a critical role in guiding patients before and after their treatment through our telehealth platform.
- Provide pre-procedure consultations and help assess candidacy for endoscopic weight loss procedures
- Conduct medical clearances, including patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans as needed
- Deliver post-procedure follow-up care, including triaging clinical concerns and managing recovery
- Participate in the remote on-call pool for patient needs, with additional compensation
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Support our Patient Navigators and Product team with insights to improve the app and patient experience
- 5 years of experience as a NP or PA, including 2 years in a surgical setting (e.g., general surgery, bariatric surgery, or ICU)
- Experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
- Active NP or PA license in at least one U.S. state
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (with Saturdays as a half day) and participate in the remote on-call pool (with additional compensation).
