Our Commodity Energy Trading practice is looking for an experienced Consultant to Senior Manager to join the team
Our clients face the corporate world’s biggest challenges while delivering society’s most crucial project – the energy transition. We help them shape their decarbonization strategy, secure their energy needs, invest in future energy technologies, capture market opportunities to reach society’s biggest goal.
What You Will Be Doing
Our Consultant position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience (Senior Consultant 4-7 years; Manager 6-8 years; Senior Manager 8-10 years) in a consulting or industry role, with experience in Commodity & Energy Trading initiatives.

We are interested in individuals who can bring delivery and business advisory experience and expertise in the following areas:
Generation & Load management

Risk and Compliance – NERC, FERC, CFTC, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Business & Commercial Strategy – US market entry and establishment, commercial trading & hedging strategy, book structure & transfer pricing, operating model framework
- Organizational Transformation – organizational design, operating model development, and change management delivery
- Risk and Regulatory Advisory / Compliance – risk management policies and frameworks, risk exposure assessment, commercial & regulatory due diligence, regulatory operating model design, transaction surveillance, regulatory reporting, financial crime compliance (i.e., KYC, AML), market / regulatory remediation
- Operational Capability Development – business process analysis & design, capability maturity model / assessments, operational readiness for new market entry or asset acquisition
- Trading Process & Technology Transformation – capability benchmarking and health checks, IT strategy & target architecture design, transformation roadmaps, system selection and implementation, project & program management
- Data & Analytics – data strategy and architecture, artificial intelligence, use case identification and discovery, enterprise automation and robotics, data governance, data/reporting platforms

- Market entry and readiness for asset and power trading businesses
- Transformation and change management across business and IT
- Trading and data analytics architecture strategy and design (ETRM, bid-to-bill, pricing solutions, data governance, optimization, analytics)
- Complex program / project delivery in power trading environments
