In Digital & AI, we are focused on delivering value-adding, sustainable data capabilities, aligned to our client’s specific needs. This expertise is applied across clients in all our industry market sectors (Financial Services, Product & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences, and Government). This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting, rapidly growing team with the backing of a much larger, established business.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be using your experience to help our clients solve their most important data challenges through project delivery and high-quality project execution. You will be responsible for business development, building a pipeline of work across our clients and helping to identify and shape opportunities. You will also be responsible for supporting the growth of our team, helping them build the skills they need to solve our client’s challenges.

Typical Engagements Include
- You will define and design data strategy and transformation
- You will design and delivery technical data solutions for clients with several data sources
- You will design and implement architecture including data pipelines and platforms for distributed data sources
- You will work with clients to take them on the journey, upskilling along the way and ensuring they are kept in the loop and can take ownership after you roll off the project
- You will perform maturity assessments across clients’ Cloud environments and recommending improvements
- You will translate business requirements (both functional and non-functional) into solutions, ensuring compliance with the organization’s strategy, policies, and standards and in some cases, help customers to define new policies, principles, and standards
- You will help clients to identify risks and mitigations
- You will work with clients in key areas of data governance, such as in defining principles including, but not limited to, MDM, Data Lineage, and Data Security
We are looking for people who can both advise our clients and get hands on in technical delivery to bring a solution to life. Below, we list some of the skills and qualifications we are looking for. Of course, we do not expect you to be an expert in all areas and we understand that experiences vary based on the background and years of experience.
- You will have 10 years of experience in professional services/consulting
- You will have technical discipline (computer science, engineering, data science, or another STEM discipline) would be helpful but is not essential for success
- You will have data analytics experience and can bring a good mix of technical delivery and core consulting skills in client engagements
- You will have hands on experience using one of 3 major cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a production environment
- You will have expertise in data architecture, building enterprise data platforms to enable clients to access and leverage their data.
- You will have the ability to define technology architecture with key data tools to enable self-service e.g. Power BI and/or Tableau, Python and SQL for analytics
- You will have data technology platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse
- You will have proven ability to deliver Data Visualization, Analytics, and Insights projects in a fast-paced environment
- You will have the ability to translate business requirements (both functional and non-functional) into solutions, ensuring compliance with the organization’s strategy, policies, and standards, and in some cases, help customers to define new policies, principles, and standards
