Our Financial Services practice are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team.
Through continued expansion, we are looking for individuals to join and grow our Financial Services Data practice in New York and Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial team members who want to contribute to our growth. You will work as part of our core consulting team working closely with our clients on challenging and rewarding engagements. You will also help us to build our US practice by supporting rewarding internal initiatives, generating tangible outcomes.
What you will be doing
- You will help our clients in establishing and deeply embedding industry standard Data Management practices, frameworks, platforms, and processes while aligning to their data, technology, business strategies and regulatory agenda.
- You will be part of engagement teams that advise clients in planning and implementing governance and control over data domains, including defining operating model (organization, roles, responsibilities) and control processes for ensuring accountability for data quality / integrity across the organization.
- You will be helping clients in areas such as (but not limited to) Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Document and Content Management, Master Data Management, Open Data, Personal Data Protection, Data Security
- You will run workshops with key client stakeholders from both businesses and technology teams, as well as other partners and vendors in engagements.
- You will help clients in all aspects of data controls such as improving data quality, establishing mapping and lineage across the data supply-chain, and lead initiatives to resolve long-standing quality issues through data controls testing.
