Main in Allen, Texas, our shop is committed to creating stress-free experiences that have tails wagging upon arrival and departure!

Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and thorough Overnight Cleaner to maintain our pristine Zen Den environment after hours. This role is essential to ensuring our facility is immaculately clean, properly sanitized, and perfectly prepared for the next day's pets and PAWrents. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the health, safety, and positive experience of every pet in our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all grooming stations, equipment, and tools
• Deep clean kennel areas, play spaces, and boarding facilities
• Sanitize all pet contact surfaces according to our strict health protocols
• Clean and organize reception area, retail spaces, and customer waiting areas
• Ensure proper aromatherapy diffusers are prepared for the next day
• Mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of the facility
• Empty and clean waste receptacles throughout the shop
• Wash and sanitize food and water bowls
• Launder and fold towels, blankets, and pet bedding
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any inventory needs
• Ensure all equipment is powered down and the facility is secure before leaving
• Maintain cleaning logs and follow established sanitation checklists

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques, especially in pet environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout shift
• Reliability and consistency – we depend on you to prepare our shop for each day
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols precisely
• Respect for our Zen Pet philosophy and understanding of how cleanliness contributes to pet wellness
• Flexibility to adjust hours during holiday seasons when needed

Hours

• Typically 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, 5 nights per week (schedule can be discussed)
• Must be comfortable working alone during overnight hours

• Weekends as needed
