Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Guest Happiness associate to join our busy eastside Grooming Salon. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for Dogs and the ability to effectively manage guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette, assisting callers with reservations or inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of grooming services and pet products.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist in managing the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive experience for all visitors.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
• Experience with POS systems and appointment booking software.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on meeting guest needs promptly and efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
