We are on the lookout for a passionate Culinary Chef to lead our kitchen and create memorable dining experiences thru our unique Pacific Island and State-Side dishes for our guests.
Key responsibilities :
Craft & Prepare dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
Develop new menu items and seasonal specials that highlight fresh, local ingredients
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and efficiency
Collaborate with Front-of the-House team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Manage Food & Labor (BOH) costs, inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen fully stocked
