Hebrew Head Teacher, Early Childhood
Barkai Yeshivah is seeking a teacher of 4 year olds for a Hebrew immersion classroom. Our Early Childhood program is known for its warmth and child centered approach.
The Hebrew Head Teacher is responsible for teaching Hebrew language and culture to students in Early Childhood (Pre-K and Kindergarten). This role includes creating a dynamic, immersive environment where young children develop foundational Hebrew language skills through play, songs, storytelling, and cultural exploration. The Hebrew Head Teacher will collaborate closely with the Early Childhood team to integrate Hebrew across the curriculum and support language development in a nurturing setting. The position reports to the Early Childhood Director. Candidates should have experience teaching young children, a strong command of Hebrew, and a passion for fostering early language acquisition in a warm and engaging classroom. We are looking for an educator who thrives in a creative, supportive, and collaborative school environment.
