Who we need:
Barkan Management is seeking a Pool Attendant role for a Falmouth Port Condominium in Falmouth on the Cape. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our residents and guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
***No experience necessary, we will train you.
What you’ll do:
- Monitoring of pool deck and Clubhouse to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure there is only a certain number of individuals in the pool area in accordance with guidelines.
- Promote social distancing in pool area and terrace.
- Maintain hourly attendance records while on duty.
- Sanitize railing and high touch points.
- Basic cleaning of Clubhouse each day
- Clean Clubhouse bathrooms twice a day
- Other duties as assigned.
- Test water in pool several times daily and record in logbook
- Add water to pools, as needed
- Sweep and/or Rinse off pool deck, and pool furniture, as needed
- Arrange pool furniture neatly
- Vacuum and brush pools daily
- Empty skimmer baskets daily
- Skim top of pool as needed
- Clean bathrooms, daily
