Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Portfolio Manager
What we’re looking for:
- PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager), CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations, or CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation preferred
- Solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with clients, all levels of management, vendors, and tenants/unit owners
- Be a highly motivated service-oriented self-starter
- Superior communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
- Strong leadership, supervisory and training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Ability to network and assist with marketing efforts
- Strong knowledge of industry software systems
