Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Lead Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service and accurate follow-through. This role requires a strong focus on resident and staff relations, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Concierge, you will assist residents in navigating their daily tasks while supporting the staff members in setting up and completing multiple duties throughout their shift.
Duties
- Greet and welcome residents upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide daily information about community activities.
- Assist residents with reservations for restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
- Handle requests promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage phone calls with professionalism.
- Maintain log sheets reflecting job tasks assigned and completed.
- Manage contractors' and home workers' access.
- Lead members of the team in the successful completion of all resident requests.
- Conduct yearly staff reviews.
- Address any resident complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay informed about local events, promotions, and service changes to provide accurate information.
- Staff Scheduling and weekly payroll approval.
- Light accounting.
Skills
- Strong service skills with a focus on resident and staff relations.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling inquiries professionally.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and restaurant services is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Computer savvy.
- Controlling multiple events at a time.
