About the Role
Our groomers use their skill and love for dogs to ensure every pup has a stress-free grooming experience - all supported by a positive, groomer-oriented culture!
Provide luxury 1-on-1 care to pups while bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming.
Work independently in our Hanvey grooming vans.
Need a little extra time for special pups? Our support team can make sure every appointment is scheduled according to the groomer’s needs.
Receive support from our in-house concierge and fleet teams - they’ll handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming!
Enjoy a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality at every appointment.
Want more stability? Choose between 3 different shift types and work the same days every month!
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rates (not commission) because of our drive for quality, not quantity.
Hourly pay between $28 - 38 / hr (base tips)
Typical monthly earnings are between $5,000 - $7,000
Bonus opportunity up to $1,000 a month!

Role Requirements
1 years of professional grooming experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable interacting with customers / pet parents as needed
Comfort with using smart phones (you bring the knowledge, we’ll provide the phone!)
Ability to lift and groom dogs up to 50lbs (75lbs preferred)
