What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Support Ramp /Ground Crew position at Barker Ground Services Inc.?
A Line Support Ramp /Ground Crew routinely do the following tasks: Marshaling in aircrafts, Fuel aircrafts, operates ground power equipment, Lav services, offloading and onloading cargo.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A valid state driver's license
- Verbal and written communication skills, and for safety-sensitive tasks, in English
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable insurance policies
- Ability to successfully and timely complete Barker's Ground Service training programs
- Ability to use a computer and email, including pass computer-base training modules
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, time)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday and weekend shifts and in various weather conditions
- Forklift experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
