Barker Patterson Nichols LLP is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense attorney to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in court for hearings, conferences, and motions
- Participate in/Conduct depositions
- Conduct Hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Litigation Defense experience. Admission to the New Jersey or New York Bar.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
